Refund policy

Returns, refunds & cancellations

Our shirts are printed to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected at checkout, or an unwanted design. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from your order, email kahnebiruk@gmail.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos. Please contact us within 7 days where possible so we can investigate promptly; requests can be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed production or fulfillment error, without charging you return shipping for that error. Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide instructions if a return is needed. Do not return items to the address on the package without approval.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

For cancellations or address corrections, contact us immediately. We can only confirm changes before production starts. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
